After completing this second painting from a wonderful pedestrian bridge I realized they are great metaphors for "Transition". Crossing from one side to the other. Perhaps I subconsciously selected this subject as I transition to a new phase of my life. When looking at them I contemplate the journey from one place to another, and continue to always look ahead while I transition.
