Reflections can provide surprises and a challenge. The surprise often comes after downloading an image and starting to edit and manipulate the photo. Suddenly I’ll see something in the reflection that I did not see when taking the photo. Perhaps a self portrait, or an interestingly distorted object. On this truck it was the wonderful shades of blue from the sky reflecting in this glossy black tailgate. The challenge is getting the pastels to look like a smooth reflective surface. I love both the surprises and the challenge!
